What is a shopping tour?

A shopping tour with us is a personalized guided shopping experience with a fashion stylist combining styling and fashion tourism. Think of it as the fashion and shopping version of a city tour to discover the local shopping scene and to plunge into its universe through your guide’s stories and insider insight.

What is your booking process?

Once you completed your booking, you will receive a confirmation email with further instructions to fill out our shopping form. The shopping form helps us personalize your experience. Then, closer to your tour date, you will receive the information regarding your tour meeting point. After your tour, you will receive your personal style cards as well as digital souvenir pictures of your experience.

Is a shopping tour a shopping session?

No, a shopping tour with us is a fashion tourism adventure where you learn about fashion history, the city’s fashion scene, how to dress your body and shop smarter and, of course, have fun and see places you would not have seen otherwise.

What stores should we expect to shop at?

We typically take our guests shopping off the beaten path with a focus on discovering new local makers, brands and independent boutiques. And we usually avoid taking guests to bigger banners, unless it is part of their tour request specifications.

Miscelaneous Questions

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel or reschedule a shopping tour up to 24 hours before the start of your tour. For cancellations made after the 24 hours cutoff, no refund will be issued. Reschedules will be made based on availability.

Do you offer private tours?

Yes, we do. Please contact us directly to discuss special requests and specifications. Also, please note that group rates will be available based on request details.

I am looking for particular sizes or items, can you help me?

We encourage you to contact us before booking to make sure we can offer a quality shopping tour based on your request and based on the shopping options of the city you are enquiring about.

Can I ask specific questions before booking?

Absolutely, feel free to contact us to ask any question pertaining to a regular, private or extra customized shopping tour request. We will be happy to help you or provide directions.

Do you offer gift certificates?

Yes, we do. You can purchase a specific service gift certificate directly on our website or contact us to further personalize the surprise. Your guest will be able to switch services if they  want to, for a service of equivalent value.

Do you have an affiliate program?

We do have an affiliate program, contact us to discuss the possibility of partnering with us. We are also open to discussing other creative ideas, feel free to describe your idea to us.
